Hope you enjoy! Here is the review that I did on the Rotater, it’s a great rehab tool for external and internal rotation of the shoulder. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! My favorite football team won so I am doing good I found this great video that my friends over at the Diesel Crew made. It shows some great exercises for strengthening the shoulder girdle. If you have any shoulder problems at all, these exercises will definitely help. Many times people are trapped into doing the same exercises over and over. This leads to boredom and staleness in an exercise routine. I have spoken in other posts about the need for variety and will continue to harp on this subject. By line: By Jim Smith, CSCS |
