Thank you for posting your videos. I have been working with a client who had tightness in her upper back and shoulder on the right side. I incorporated the foam roller into her workout. She felt a real difference in her body after doing a couple of these exercises. We performed these stretches for just 3 sessions and her tightness has gone away. I was having some trouble with my hamstrings being tight and my muscles in my upper back and neck being sore and I tried some of these stretches and took Tim’s advice about when and how to stretch and I am already feeling better! I am also not getting tight muscles during my workouts or after!!
