40 Bulgarian Training Bag Exercises

A while ago I shared a video on making your own Bulgarian Sandbag. I have made a few of them as well and love to include them in my workouts. It offers a great opportunity to build both strength and conditioning. The bags also offer a nice break from normal lifting, giving me that variety that I crave.

While visiting a friend of mine Joe Hashey’s site, I found this great video he made demonstrating 40 exercises you can do with the sandbags. Give them a try, some great stuff!
