Caution: Action required!!

I like this qoute because it shows how we tend to wait for the right time and set of circumstances till we do the things we want. Unfortunately, the time is never right.

The only thing that will happen is alot of wishing and wondering what the hell happened to my life. Where did all the time go. Now I am old with a crippled body, because I did not take care of it, and no life experiences because I didn’t take any chances.

Why bring this up? Because this is what this Blog is all about. Getting you to take action! Take action to get your body into top shape  and along the way start looking at life as an adventure. Your never going to get anywhere until you get off your butt and take massive action!!

So Get out of here, go start moving, lift something heavy, take a walk, what ever JUST START TAKING ACTION!!!!  And I will meet you back here next time to start our lessons in building an unstoppable body and life.
