Happy Fathers Day! / Primal Workout
Happy Fathers day everyone!!
I hope you all are out enjoying the day and creating some truly amazing memories. During holidays, I always try to take time out and reflect on what is important in life and notice the small joys that are usually over looked in our hectic lives.
Today I want to thank my father for all the things he has done for me over the years and would like to thank each of you for checking out my site and sharing your knowledge and views with me.
Ok, I know your not here looking for me to be reflective and sentimental, so I have included a cool video on Primal Nature Training. It’s a good example of the things you can do at home for a great workout.
There is a wide variety of exercises represented on the clip, but there are many more things you can do. I challenge you to get creative and have some fun with your workouts.
Most of the exercises are self explanatory, except for maybe the slosh tube. It is a long piece of PVC tube that is filled part of the way with water and sealed. It’s great for carrying in different positions. The water “sloshes” around as you walk or lift the tube. This makes your muscles work hard to stabilize the tube.
